Earth has become completely antisemitic, so the spaceship Judith is sent out to find the Jews a new home. On board are seven strangers who share nothing but Jewish DNA and a wide selection of traumas, and who cannot sit in one room without wanting to kill each other. Every planet they try to settle turns into a Friday night dinner fight, only this time the fate of the galaxy is at stake. The universe has already made up its mind about them. The question is whether they can stop fighting long enough to find a place that will have them.
We set out to make the most unhinged, unapologetic animated comedy we could, with no network notes and no permission asked. Underneath the sci-fi chaos there is a real target: modern antisemitism. We don't lecture. We take history and the news, turn them into galactic metaphors, and let the double standards expose themselves.
Our characters are not saints. They are flawed, loud and very human, and that is the whole point.
We are done hiding. We are done apologizing. Deal with it.
